Be motivated and energized during a one hour full body workout within a small group under the instruction of a trainer. Every session is totally diverse making each class even more enjoyable, demanding and rewarding. All participants follow the same exercises, at the same time, at their own personalized level. Multiple sets of each exercise are performed with multiple variations to provide a unique, extraordinary and transformational workout experience. Our class sizes are limited, allowing for greater encouragement and support to each participant.
